What to include in the T&C document

Custom Orders & Artwork Approval

• Proofing: For custom engraving, corporate awards, and personalized giftware, an artwork proof will be provided via email before production begins.

• Sign-off: It is the customer's responsibility to thoroughly check all spelling, grammar, dates, and layout design.

• Finality: Once you provide written or verbal approval on a proof, production will commence. We accept no liability for errors or typos that were present on the approved proof. Any changes requested after approval may incur additional material and labour costs.

Payment & Deposits

• Deposits: Large club orders, custom corporate projects, or high-value items require a minimum 50% deposit before production can begin.

• Final Payment: All orders must be paid in full prior to or upon collection/dispatch.

• Ownership: Goods remain the legal property of Rockhampton Trophy Centre & Engraving until full payment has been successfully processed.

Turnaround Times & Deadlines

• Standard Timeline: Turnaround times vary depending on the product type, order volume, and current seasonal demand. An estimated completion date will be provided at the time of your quote or order placement.

• Urgent Orders: Rush jobs may be accommodated depending on workshop capacity, but may incur an additional priority handling fee.

• Delays: While we make every effort to meet presentation nights and event deadlines, we are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services, supply chain shortages, or late artwork approval from the customer.

Returns, Refunds & Handcrafted Variations

• Custom/Engraved Items: Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom-engraved trophies, awards, and gifts cannot be returned or refunded if you change your mind.

• Handcrafted Variations: Our unique range of resin glassware and handcrafted items are individually poured. You acknowledge that minor variations in color, pattern, texture, and small air bubbles are natural characteristics of functional resin art and do not constitute a product defect.

• Defects: In the unlikely event that an item is structurally faulty or does not match your approved proof, please contact us within 7 days of collection to arrange a repair or replacement.

Customer Supplied Items

• While we take the utmost care when engraving items brought into the shop by customers, items are engraved entirely at the owner's risk. We are not liable for any replacement costs if unexpected material reactions occur during the engraving process.
